Midvale 02 was a true transformation, turning a dull and uninspiring space into a lush and inviting oasis. The project included the addition of a beautiful new landscape that provides a stunning view for the residents. We worked closely with the building management to design a space that was both visually pleasing and low maintenance, using a variety of drought-resistant plants and materials that require minimal care. In addition to the landscaping, we also handled all necessary waterproofing and other related work to ensure that the space was fully functional and durable. The end result was a beautiful outdoor area that provides a peaceful and enjoyable retreat for the residents, while also adding value to the building.
