Tower B

Tower B is a full renovation of two bathrooms in a Beverly Hills condo, both built on one palette of deep blue shaker vanities, warm brass fixtures, marble-look tile, and frameless glass.

The primary bathroom got separate bathing and shower areas, tied together with large-format marble-look tile. The tub surround runs partway up the wall while the shower is fully wrapped in the same material, so the two zones read as one space rather than two.

The second bathroom follows the same direction in a tighter layout: a walk-in shower with frameless glass, a built-in niche, pebble shower flooring, and an integrated handheld. The matching blue vanity, brass fixtures, and illuminated mirror carry the language from one room to the next. This is typical of our bathroom remodeling work in Beverly Hills.

• Prefabricated shaker-style vanities
• New countertops and backsplashes
• All new shower tile throughout
