GRNFLD, at 2143 Greenfield Ave, was a complete reimagining of a modest home into a spacious modern residence of just over 2,000 square feet. The roughly 1,000-square-foot addition was thoughtfully designed around a luxurious primary suite, featuring a generous bedroom, a spa-inspired bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room for everyday convenience.

To create a brighter, more open living experience, we introduced tall, oversized windows and expansive sliding glass doors that fill the home with natural light and strengthen the connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. We also re-centered the front entry, giving the home a balanced, welcoming facade that dramatically enhanced its curb appeal.

The result is a timeless Spanish Modern home that feels twice as large, functions effortlessly for modern living, and makes the most of every square foot.

FUN FACT

High ceilings were a top priority from day one. By working hand-in-hand with the structural engineer, we maximized ceiling heights without adding unnecessary structural cost.
