BVL Bath

BVL Bath turned a detached Beverly Hills garage into a finished recreation room and guest retreat, with new electrical, plumbing, a dedicated mini-split system, and a full bathroom built from scratch.

Saltillo tile was carried in from the main house so the two structures read as one property rather than a house and an outbuilding. That single decision set the palette for everything else in the conversion.

The bathroom became the centerpiece: hand-applied Roman clay walls, handmade tile, a natural wood vanity, and custom-fabricated stone accents. Every finish was chosen to feel collected rather than new, so the room reads as though it had always been part of the property. See more of our bathroom remodeling work in Beverly Hills.
