605 SV 1.1

605 SV 1.1 covered four apartment kitchen remodels in a Santa Monica building, rebuilt with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, sinks, appliances, and lighting on a single durable palette.

Because the work repeated across multiple units, the design had to look polished without relying on custom or expensive materials. A light palette makes each unit feel brighter and works with whatever natural light that unit has.

Small adjustments were made kitchen to kitchen based on existing layouts, but the overall look stayed consistent through the building. The result is a set of kitchens that are modern, practical, and easy to maintain. This is typical of our apartment beautification work in Santa Monica.
