605 SV 1.0

605 SV 1.0 covered eight bathroom renovations across a coastal Santa Monica apartment building, built on one repeatable palette of white vanities, marble-look tile, frameless glass, and brushed-metal fixtures.

The brief was a sleek modern look that could be repeated across the property while staying practical and budget-conscious. Long vanities, oversized illuminated mirrors, and frameless glass do most of the work, and the light palette keeps every room feeling open.

Each bathroom had small differences based on its size and existing conditions, but the same materials and design language carried through all eight. That is how you keep a building consistent without making every unit feel identical. This is core to our apartment beautification work in Santa Monica.

• New vanities and countertops
• Recessed lighting
